CAMH-Nepal actively organizes a variety of outreach events to promote mental health and well-being in the community. Our outreach activities consist of:

·       Child and Adolescent Mental Health Camps in different parts of Nepal. These camps offer a screening of emotional and behavioural problems, counselling and educational sessions to help young individuals understand and manage their mental health.

·       Orientation Programs: Teachers, caregivers, parents, local leaders, healthcare workers, peer educators and civil service servants are orientated about child and adolescent mental health.

·       Rapid response provides immediate support and counselling to children and adolescents in distress due to crisis and disaster emergencies and ensures access to professional help when needed.

·       Advocacy and awareness programs to educate the public, reduce stigma, and advocate for improving child and adolescent mental health policies and services. These programs include workshops, seminars, public talks, and media campaigns that emphasize the importance of child and adolescent mental health.
