CAMH-Nepal has developed a range of comprehensive manuals to provide guidance and education on childhood and adolescent mental illnesses in support and collaboration with WHO, UNICEF, and the Government of Nepal. Our manuals cater to professionals, including teachers, healthcare providers, doctors, paramedics, and FCHVs. These resources are valuable tools for enhancing awareness and understanding of mental health disorders in these respective fields. The manuals equip teachers with knowledge on recognizing and supporting students with mental health challenges in educational settings. Healthcare providers, doctors, and paramedics are empowered with practical information for early identification, assessment, and appropriate referral of children and adolescents with mental health concerns. By disseminating this specialized knowledge, CAMH aims to foster a collaborative approach and improve the overall mental health support available to children and adolescents. The manuals that have been developed till now are:
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) For Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMH) disorders and CAMH Emergencies in Children and Adolescents (C&A). In collaboration with WHO.(Draft Version)
